- This report will provide current market data, verifying the status of all comparable sales, properties under agreement and properties on the market.
I'll be able to clearly show you where the differences are, between your property, and others on the market.
- This report will be in conformance with all current underwriting and appraisal guidelines, which means it'll be easy for the buyer to finance the sale with a discounted closing appraisal.
- The Listing Appraisal® will save you money and time several ways. Your property will sell faster because it will be priced right. And secondly, you'll get a $50.00 discount upon ordering of the Listing Appraisal! Your prospective buyer can also save an additional $50.00 on his closing if he uses one of our well known local lenders. Here's how that works.

The buyer will also need a closing appraisal and since some of the work has already been done through the Listing Appraisal® we did for you, we offer the purchaser of your property a $50.00 discount on their closing appraisal.
